A Weekend With Alice Seminar Series
The idea
Deliver a quarterly seminar series to business coaches and mentors who work in a variety of industries from around Australia through online registration, accommodation bookings, speaker & content creation, social functions and entertainment.
The idea turned into reality
Urban Event Management provided expertise and personalised service in both the planning stages and on-site at two events, to ensure that up to 80 guests at each event had a seamless experience from the moment they were welcomed to when they were bid farewell. The guests experience was without fault due to the systems and processes Urban Event Management use ensuring that every detail is checked thoroughly.
Urban Event Management worked in partnership with Alice Haemmerle of Ask Alice Mentoring in developing all aspects of the seminar series including venue selection and negotiation, accommodation offerings, quality catering, relevant speakers and appropriate entertainment.
Events were created where the delegates were completely taken care of throughout each 2 day event and the client was provided with a platform for the content to be developed and delivered as the series continued.
The Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club provided the perfect environment for the summer event while the Harbord Diggers continued to set the right tone for the Autumn event. Great lighting, well executed stage set and design and brain fuelling catering combined to provide the guests with a memorable experience.
Engaging and inspiring speakers, high profile in their respective fields, were used to cement the messages the seminar served to deliver, while highly creative and interactive group activities let the guests engage with each other on another level.
Highly energetic entertainment brought the messages full circle and ensured the level of guest engagement was at its peak.
The Outcome
Across multiple events, guests were engaged, motivated and inspired. Comfortable in the fact that each guests needs were taken of and liaison with all suppliers was managed seamlessly, Alice was able to focus on delivering her key messages and engaging with her guests, so that the real outcome of what they took away was realised.
