I have had the pleasure of working with Urban Event Management on many occasions on a variety of events and projects.
Managing Director Lisa, is simply the best, she is the most organised, patient, creative and amazing event planner that I have worked with in over 15 years.
Lisa is always accessible and attentive to the needs of the event and my team. Lisa always responded back in a timely manner to my emails, phone calls or texts. I found her to be very organised and thoughtful of all aspects leading up to the event and exceeded my expectations on event day.
Our most recent event was a large scale event, working with several dealerships and MINI head office. Lisa was the brains of the event and kept all parties happy, updated and always made each of us feel part of the plans and the decision making process. Many of the potential issues had already been thought of with a “plan B” in place.
Urban Event Management has great contractor relationships and have been able to accommodate all event planning and marketing tasks. All materials for the event were done very professionally and “eye catching.” Lisa’s food and beverage contacts are incredibly professional, delicious and amazing to work with, her knack of knowing the right people for each event is incredibly savvy and on point with the brief.
I cannot recommend Lisa and her team enough for all things events and have already referred Urban to other companies I know.
